1. Who handles the data

Enquiries submitted through this website are handled by Vionara Business Setup. To ask about your personal data or request access, correction or deletion, email client@vionara.tech.
The operator’s full legal details will be added to the legal information page after documentary verification. They can be requested by email in the meantime.

2. Data we collect
Only what is needed to respond
- Full name.
- Phone number and email.
- Selected service and the substance of the enquiry.
- Information voluntarily provided in correspondence or a consultation.
- Technical request data that may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, device, browser, date and time.

4. Forms, WhatsApp and email
How an enquiry is transmitted
When a form is submitted, the name, phone number, email, selected service and brief enquiry are stored in the website’s protected database. A prepared WhatsApp message then opens on the user’s device; the user chooses whether to send it in WhatsApp.
The enquiry record also includes the website language, submission page, a country code provided by the hosting layer and limited attribution data such as UTM parameters. The full IP address is not stored with the lead. A non-reversible technical request identifier is retained briefly for abuse prevention.
WhatsApp and email correspondence is also processed by those service providers under their own terms and policies. Data may be processed outside your country.

5. Sharing and retention
Access is limited to the purpose
Only three authorised members of the Vionara workspace can access website enquiries. Communications, email and hosting providers may access data only to the extent required to operate their services. If performing a selected service requires sharing data with a bank, Free Zone, authority or contractor, the scope and basis are addressed in the relevant process.
Website enquiries are retained for 180 days; expired records are removed the next time the database is accessed. You can request earlier deletion; certain information outside the enquiry database may be retained when required by applicable law, a signed agreement or the protection of legal claims.

6. Cookies and analytics
Analytics operates only with consent
After a visitor gives separate consent, Vionara uses Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica to obtain aggregated visit statistics, understand traffic sources and measure website actions. Advertising personalisation is disabled and Webvisor is not used.
Analytics scripts are not loaded before consent. Vionara does not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses or enquiry text to analytics. Technical visit and device information, website language, traffic source, selected service and the occurrence of a conversion action may be processed.
You can decline or withdraw consent through the Cookie settings button. The hosting provider may still use strictly necessary technical measures to secure and deliver the website.

7. Your rights
Control over your data

- Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
- Request deletion or restriction where permitted by law.
- Withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis.
