Website Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Vionara Business Setup website. They do not replace an individual agreement for a specific service.

Information, not individual advice
Website materials are general information. They are not a legal, tax, investment or banking guarantee and do not replace an assessment of a specific situation.
Submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message, calling or emailing does not by itself create a contract or require Vionara to accept an engagement.

Terms are confirmed after consultation
- Published prices apply only to the stated basic scope; a price shown as ‘from’ depends on the case.
- After the free consultation, Vionara provides an exact fee for the agreed scope and explains known additional costs.
- Payment, refunds, timing, responsibilities and governing law for a paid service are set by the individual agreement.
- If the website and a signed agreement differ, the agreement controls.

Approval is not guaranteed
Banks, Free Zones, immigration and other government authorities review applications independently, set requirements, timing and conditions, and may request additional documents.
Vionara supports preparation and coordination within the agreed scope but cannot guarantee registration, account opening, visa issuance, a specific timeline or unchanged rules.

Accuracy of the inputs
- Provide complete, accurate and current information.
- Do not use the site for unlawful activity, interference or malicious content.
- Review documents before signing and report changes that may affect the case.
- Do not submit unnecessary sensitive documents through the open form; a suitable channel can be agreed separately.

Use of materials
Website materials may not be reproduced, modified or used commercially without written permission, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Links to banks, authorities and other organisations are provided for convenience. Their content, availability and rules are controlled by their respective owners.

The Russian version controls
Pages are available in Russian and English. If these terms differ between languages, the Russian version takes precedence.
The terms may be updated when the site or requirements change. A new version applies from the date shown on this page. Questions can be sent to client@vionara.tech.
