01 · Budget structure
The total price has several independent layers
The first number in a Free Zone offer may cover only the licence or a basic package. An operating structure can also require incorporation documents, an immigration file, visa capacity, workspace, medical and identity procedures. The scope differs between zones and between packages offered by the same zone.
A reliable quotation connects every line to the business need. If no residence visa is required, it should not be assumed in the base configuration. If the activity is regulated or involves physical goods, approvals and infrastructure should be identified before incorporation.
| Component | When it applies | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Incorporation and licence | Every company | Licence term, activities, legal form and shareholders |
| Immigration file and visa capacity | When residence visas are planned | Whether included and how workspace affects capacity |
| Visa and Emirates ID | For each resident applicant | Medical, biometrics, status change, insurance and ID delivery |
| Workspace | Under the zone and package rules | Flexi-desk, office, warehouse, visa capacity and renewal |
| External approvals | For regulated activities | Authority, evidence, timing and separate fees |
| Translation and attestation | When source documents require it | Language, certification form and courier fees |
02 · From AED 14,000
What Vionara’s starting price means
The AED 14,000 starting point means that, after a consultation, Vionara may offer a suitable Free Zone company configuration from this amount. The proposal identifies the zone, activity, licence term, included support and known third-party costs before work begins.
It is not the same package for an IT consultant, an online retailer and a company employing several people. These models require different activities, visa capacity, documents and banking preparation.

03 · Practical scenarios
The same licence does not solve different business needs
These examples explain the pricing logic but are not quotations. Companies in the same sector may still need different scopes because of ownership, transaction geography and premises requirements.
| Scenario | Core parameters | Possible additional costs |
|---|---|---|
| Consultant without a visa | One owner, service activity, international clients | Extra activities, attestations and bank requirements |
| Owner requiring residence | Company, visa capacity, medical and Emirates ID | Status change, insurance, additional visas and workspace |
| E-commerce or trading | Trading activity, suppliers, markets and movement of goods | Warehouse, customs, local approvals, product approvals and VAT |
04 · Future years
Renewal belongs in the original decision
Licences and related services generally require renewal. Recurring licence and workspace payments should be separated from the individual cycles of visas, Emirates ID and insurance. One-off incorporation charges should not simply be copied into year two.
Accounting records, tax registration and filings should also be budgeted where applicable. Incorporation in a Free Zone does not by itself remove tax or record-keeping obligations.
- Obtain the current renewal price for the selected package.
- Check how extra visas or activities change the fee.
- Map the dates of the licence, visas, ID, insurance and lease.
- Allow time for evidence and external approvals.
