The company and available visa capacity come first
An employment residence visa is linked to the sponsoring company and its immigration profile. Before filing, review the licence, establishment card or immigration file, available visa capacity, position, applicant data and insurance requirements.
Visa capacity can depend on the package and workspace. A valid licence alone is not enough to promise filing; the capacity and any unfinished immigration actions must be confirmed.

03 · Documents
The baseline file is adjusted for status and profession
Document format, translation and certification should be checked before filing. The name, date of birth and passport number must match across all applications; corrections can alter the timeline.
- Passport with adequate validity and a colour photograph in the required format.
- Current visa, entry permit or UID copy where available.
- Sponsoring Free Zone company documents and capacity confirmation.
- Employment or immigration forms generated under the zone process.
- Degree or professional evidence where required for the position.
- Medical result, insurance and biometric data at the relevant stages.
04 · Timing and travel
Travel should follow the confirmed immigration stage
Preparation and some initial submissions can be handled remotely. The applicant must attend the UAE medical examination and biometrics. Vionara coordinates the sequence but cannot promise an authority’s issuance date.
Timing is affected by capacity readiness, current immigration status, extra documents, review results, appointment availability and public holidays. Emirates ID is linked to residence processing but has its own production and delivery status.
05 · After issuance

Checklist
- ✓Check the name, passport number, sponsor and residence expiry.
- ✓Receive the Emirates ID and verify its physical or digital data.
- ✓Keep copies of the application, medical result, insurance and official receipts.
- ✓Calendar passport, visa, ID and insurance expiry dates.
- ✓Report a passport or material data change before the next procedure.
- ✓Coordinate visa cancellation and company actions when employment ends.
- ✓Do not schedule travel against an unconfirmed application status.
